Introduction:
The Gardens of Hope project aims to enhance our therapeutic horticulture and education programs for veterans and the community by establishing produce-cleaning stations near the gardens. These stations will provide a dedicated space for washing freshly picked produce, improving food safety, and hygiene practices while promoting hands-on learning and community engagement.


Project Objectives:
1. Install produce cleaning stations near the gardens to enhance food safety practices for participants.
2. Provide hands-on training on proper produce cleaning techniques and hygiene practices for veterans and community members.
3. Promote community engagement and awareness of sustainable food production through the establishment of these stations.

1. Produce Cleaning Station Setup:
- Design and construction of outdoor produce cleaning stations equipped with sinks, running water, drainage systems, and drying racks.
- Installation of necessary plumbing, fixtures, and storage for cleaning supplies.
2. Equipment and Materials:
- Sinks

- Cleaning supplies (e.g., brushes, soap, sanitizers)
